Anh10 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the anh10 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out herein.
These terms apply to all users of the anh10 platform based in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms of Service
By accessing or using the website, mobile app, or any services provided by anh10, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and anh10 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
User eligibility: The anh10 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above who are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under Malaysian law. Users who do not meet these requirements are not permitted to register or use the platform.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. anh10 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify the accuracy of such information.
Registering using a false identity, someone else's identity, or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the anh10 support team immediately at [email protected].
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with these terms and applicable laws. Using the platform for any unlawful activity — including fraud, money laundering, or attempts to manipulate the platform's systems — is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Users are also prohibited from using any automated software, bots, or other technical methods to exploit or interfere with the platform's operations.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the anh10 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in their own name.
- Deposits: Deposits will be credited to your account balance upon successful transaction verification. anh10 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed once identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may take between one and five business days.
- Transaction fees: anh10 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your financial institution may apply its own charges, which are outside the platform's control.
- Suspicious transactions: anh10 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of service.
All deposits used for betting are non-refundable on the grounds of a change of mind. Users are advised to fully understand the bonus and promotions terms before making any deposit.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Anh10 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.
The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Periodic downtime for maintenance or system upgrades may occur without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on the anh10 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of anh10 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any platform content without prior written consent.
Using the anh10 brand name or trademarks for commercial purposes without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The anh10 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers or game suppliers. anh10 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms, or practices of those third parties. Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms of service separately.
Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Anh10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms and conditions or any other platform policies
- Fraud, attempted money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Dishonest abuse of the bonus or promotions system
- Providing false or misleading registration information
- Use of automated software or unauthorised methods
- Actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or other users
If your account is suspended due to confirmed fraudulent activity, anh10 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in that account.
Changes to These Terms
Anh10 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Notices of material changes may be sent via email to registered users at anh10's discretion.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the anh10 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
If resolution through negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes arising from these terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
